1.The positive impacts of future trends and innovation 


Raabe (2024) claims that Artificial Intelligence is changing public relations methods by being able to generate information that is influenced by quantity, using technology to carry out certain tasks, and personalizing communication. These advances will eventually allow Public Relation practitioners to accurately analyse emotions, predict trends , and know the behavior patterns of their target audience. As a result, aspiring public relations professionals like me should always be aware of current changes to technology and trends and make use of them. As technology advances communication barriers are being broken, as it is increasingly becoming easier to communicate with your target audience. It is also easy to reach the target audience as you simply need to locate the social platform in which you will find them and just identify strategies to get them to communicate back.


2.The negative impact of future trends and innovations

As a future public relations professional, emerging innovations and trends will influence the way I choose to handle particular situations. I also need to learn  to find clarity when making difficult decisions to be able to advise the management team on challenging decision-making. The public is constantly changing because of technological advancements, which is changing consumers' needs and wants (Keaveney-Jones, 2023). This is very challenging for Public Relations professionals, who must constantly adapt to these changes and discover new ways to communicate with and engage with consumers. If clients don't feel like they're being understood, it might cause a crisis and harm the organisation's brand.


Tips on What are some strategies for anticipating technological trends?


Continuous learning is one of the basic tasks for an organisation so they can strive and have technical success and to your professional development (King, 2018). This has helped me realize how crucial it is to continually conduct research and stay up to date on the latest developments in the field. As innovation in the public relations industry is constantly changing, it is important to have flexibility in order to be able to continuously adapt. Understand how to manage your stress because it can negatively impact your mental health, which may reduce your ability to think critically and creatively and result in poor performance at work.

Conclusion

We constantly go through new technological ideas and trends in our day-to-day lives, therefore it is critical that I practice  adaptability and have the ability to positively impact the organizations I will be working for.
